UNICEF validation kicks off
The faculty of TICH (Tropical Institute of Community Health and Development) on the 20th February embarked on a validation exercise in Homa Bay and Siaya counties; Western Kenya. The 5 day exercise involved over 30 research assistants.
UNICEF and GLUK have partnered up in a research programme concerned with the scaling up of the community strategy for accelerated maternal and neonatal and child health.

Invites applicants for the September 2013 intake
The program is largely by research though there are a number of research courses taught.
The taught courses run for a duration of six months but may be staggered as may be convenient to students and staff.
