According to the University Fee Payment Policy, the 100% fee payment rule applies from the third week of each semester. According to the University Academic Calendar, the third week for May-August semester elapses on 22nd May 2018 and therefore the 100% fee payment rule becomes effective. Take note that the University Fee Payment Policy also provides that in the event that a student does not meet the 100% fee payment rule by the third week of the semester, there is a provision for one to make payment arrangements with Finance Office through a Promissory Note with an extra charge. The additional charge(fine) will automatically be applicable to every student who will not have cleared fees by the deadline of 25th May, 2018.
