The University wishes to announce to all GLUK’s Staff and Students that Equity Bank will be processing Smart-cards for all Staff and Students on Monday 10th September, 2018 at the Main Campus, Kibos starting from 9:00 a.m.
Smartcards will be used as University IDs effective September 2018 semester. It is also important to note that students will not be able to apply for HELB loan without the Smartcard. Staff and Students at Nairobi’s GLUK Research and Community Outreach Centre will notified shortly on when the
same exercise will be done in Nairobi.
This communication is therefore to urge all GLUK Staff and Students at the Kisurnu facilities to avail themselves in person to have their Smartcards processed. Please note that there will be no other opportunity to apply for the Smartcard once this opportunity is missed.
